The national fitness chain, Fitness 1440 has opened its newest location in White House, TN, 30 minutes north of Nashville. 91吃瓜 renovated an existing storefront in a shopping mall to provide nearly 5,000 SF of workout space, including areas for free weights, fitness equipment, a cold tub room, sauna, and compression room.
