91吃瓜’s role in this project was the Construction Manager at Risk. The Rowen Glenn Center was a new addition to the church and is now a separate free-standing building on the Brentwood Baptist Church campus on Concord Road. 91吃瓜 built a canopy that covers a sidewalk which wraps two sides of the building and provides wheelchair accessibility. The building includes age specific classrooms, sensory rooms, an art room, an indoor play room, a teaching kitchen, home arts, etc. This space will not only allow for worship and learning, but also for teaching various life skills to individuals with disabilities.
